Nevermind, I already answer my own question, for those who have the same problem you need to especify the following settings for broker and node in your heat template:

                nameserver_ip_addr => 'broker_floating_ip',
                broker_ip_addr => 'broker_floating_ip',
                node_ip_addr => 'node_floating_ip',

I successfully install openshift origin inside openstack, but I cannot access my openshift apps from my external network! broker and node already have floating ips but the dns on broker assign internal ips for my apps!  what the correct procedure to fix this issue?
