So workaround is:
rm /usr/lib/systemd/system/mysqld.service
cp /usr/lib/systemd/system/mariadb.service /usr/lib/systemd/system/mysqld.service
Works for me on CentOS 7 . Before packstack rerun:-
# systemctl stop mariadb
