[Rdo-list] Neutron fails to connect to AMQP Server on Fedora 20 ( at startup) 4

I've tried remove this line from /usr/share/neutron/neutron-dist.conf ,
commented  out `service qpidd restart` in /etc/rc.d/rc.local and rebooted.

Still no luck.
