[Rdo-list] Fedora 21 Cloud image

Current F21 cloud has size 3.2 GB

[boris at juno1 Downloads]$ ls -l *.raw
-rw-rw-r--. 1 boris boris 3221225472 Dec 12 19:46 Fedora-Cloud-Base-20141203-21.x86_64.raw

   It's possible upload it via glance. Attempt to launch VM based on this image with flavour m1.medium
fails with message "flavour insufficient to load VM"
