Misc moved OpenID_BAK out of the vanilla/plugins directory, which
removed OpenID altogether, and then I changed

$Configuration['EnabledPlugins']['OpenID_BAK'] = TRUE;

to

$Configuration['EnabledPlugins']['OpenID'] = TRUE;

in vanilla/conf/config.php

However, Google ID log-in still isn't working.
