[Rdo-list] Report from access.redhat.com re release RPM dependencies

Hi,

I got a report of an unavailable RPM for the release-2 RPM via
access.redhat.com - I haven't been able to check it out on a bare RHEL
install yet.

Can someone please check this out, and confirm/deny its existence? I'd
like to see us update the RPM soon if there's an issue.
