As has been pointed out on the Fedora Cloud SIG mailing list, the image is
currently affected by this bug:

Long story short: The minor issue is that the hostname is not set properly,
the major issue though is that booting the system is delayed by a minute or
so and a systemd unit will fail. People are working on a solution already
and it will be in place before F19 is going to be released (i.e. the issue
is considered a release blocker).

Note that it should not have any other impact and seems to work very well
otherwise. That said, further testing would be much appreciated.
