[Rdo-list] Packstack error

Sunil filed a similar report around dnsmasq:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1045283

that looks similar in terms of the string/array expectations.  We're
investigating the matter and will release an update as soon we can.
