The Glare project haven't been updated since a while now (the date of latest commit is

30 Dec 2019 [1]).

So, we're proposing retiring it on RDO before the Antelope release with this patch [2].

If you think there is still value to package it for next releases, please let us know by

reviewing the patch or replying directly to this email.

Let's wait a week before making a final decision.
