Packages

* Python-pyghmi is updated to 1.5.14 in Victoria/ussuri/train centos8 for upcoming https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1813889.

* manila-tempest-plugin is updated to 1.0.0 in stein/train

* New project ansible-role-lunasa-hsm being added to Train/Ussuri/Victoria.

Vexxhost

* ci.centos weirdo jobs are migrated to vexxhost, Other RDO jobs are also being evaluated on vexxhost

* Review.rdoproject.org and softwarefactory-project.io have been successfully migrated from rdo-cloud to vexxhost.

* GA release builds have been pushed to cloud8-openstack-ussuri-release and can be found in:

* RDO release will happen once cycle trailing projects like TripleO/Kolla are released for Ussuri.

* Ussuri job to validate cloudsig builds is being prepared
