I don't know. I haven't considered using RDO Manager in this case.

As a workaround I modified the file ./packstack/puppet/templates/mariadb_noinstall.pp:

Removed the line:

class { '::remote::db': }

and replaced with the content of the original remote::db class.

It seems like there's a problem with the path to puppet modules.
