Issues are fixed and explained in details . RDO Mitaka Stable deployed

to overcloud along with "Network Isolation" . In case "Network Isolation"

is not required then official instruction http://docs.openstack.org/developer/tripleo-docs/basic_deployment/basic_deployment_cli.html#get-image should work as is.
