Thanks – I was wondering how the original date would work out for RH IL ;-)

My team will be performing Cinder testing with the XtremIO driver, mainly basic functionality (boot from volume, snapshots, etc.).

I’ll be installing using Packstack, testing FC, iSCSI (w/ CHAP) and multi-protocol.

We’ll be running Tempest volume tests as well as manual tests via Horizon.

I hope to do it on both CentOS 7 and 6.5, w/ KVM.

I wouldn’t mind testing Cinder as a backend to Glance, but I don’t think it actually works… (https://ask.openstack.org/en/question/7322/how-to-use-cinder-as-glance-default_store/ ).

Due to company policy, I won’t have IRC access, so I’ll be using this channel for communication – I hope it’s cool.

Y.

Subject: [Rdo-list] RDO Juno M3 test day rescheduled - October 1st & 2nd

Due to several factors (for one thing, the dates we chose happened to coincide with Rosh Hashanah, a national holiday in the nation where many of our QA engineers live) we've decided to push the RDO Juno M3 test day to the following week, October 1st & 2nd.

As before, the gathering place for this testing will be the #RDO irc channel on Freenode.

Information about the test day may be found at https://openstack.redhat.com/RDO_test_day_Juno_milestone_3 and the test cases are being collected at https://openstack.redhat.com/RDO_test_day_Juno_milestone_3_test_cases

We should have Juno packages available soon (Watch this list for announcements!), if you want to start testing on your own before then, but there are still some issues to be worked out, so you may choose to wait, depending on your patience and/or ability to work around problems on your own.
