Recently (this/last week) I’ve been hit by https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=950436 Could not access KVM kernel module: Permission denied

While running DevStack on CentOS 7.

Has anyone else seen it? Any workarounds (besides running with QEMU only)?
