The README doc on GitHub[1] should be enough to get you started on the installation and contribution. If you encounter any problems, do let us know, either on this list or on IRC. You can find the developers on the #rdo and #tripleo channels on Freenode.
 
  • Which IDE do you use for development?
The UI is written in ReactJS so any JS capable IDE will do. Most of us use Sublime Text.
 
  • Is there anything else that we should know, any suggestion, document, tutorial, whatever?
As I said before, the project is in its early stages, so we have no extensive documentation at the moment. Having said that, the doc mentioned before should definitely contain enough to get you started.

Yes we have one! :)

The code is located on GitHub [1] and you can contribute by submitting patches to GerritHub [2]. The README at [1] contains info on how to get the installation up and running as well as the contribution process. Please note though, that this is a very new project and is still very much a work-in-progress. Let us know if you have any further questions.
