Which jobs are using this image? In nodepool we rebuild the fedora
images each day, to avoid manually refreshing them or 20mins of updates.

Are those images republished somewhere I can download them? 
Maybe we can start doing that in RDO SF if the upstream fedora images are not published upstream

Wes, in sf.io there is an image "rdo-fedora-stable" built with fedora stabilized repo updated regularly that can be used for jobs.
