How about neutron support ? Is there a driver for OVN ? is that ready for production ?

OVS 2.6 and OVN are not packaged in RDO at this time.  Your best bet is to get it from COPR.  We've been using:

This is actually based on OVS master, but that's not too far off from OVS 2.6 at this point.
