just want to confirm a couple of things regarding the network on the ironic + tuskar network setup.

while browsing horizon i kept getting errors on the network side: no routers: no networks

i verified from the neutron command line that a network called ctlpane on the 192.0.2.0/24 network exists. i also verified that neither router-list nor gateway-device-list was able to give me anything other than a

404 Not Found

The resource could not be found.

is this what we are supposed to see?
