Everything works fine without enabling Kilo repo (no errors during packstack run)

[root@CentOS71SRV ~(keystone_admin)]# nova-manage --version
No handlers could be found for logger "oslo_config.cfg"
12.0.0

CirrOS VM may be  booted and  is ping able and and available via floating IP.
In/outbound connectivity works fine.

However:-

1) [root@CentOS71SRV ~(keystone_admin)]# nova keypair-add oskeydev > oskeydev.pem

ERROR (ConnectionRefused): Unable to establish connection to http://192.168.1.72:8774/v2/5508bdecf7134035814411a1598b66a6/os-keypairs

[root@CentOS71SRV ~(keystone_admin)]# keystone endpoint-list | grep 8774

1. Actually, it's impossible to create or import ssh keypair
2. It's impossible logout from admin
3. Tabs Log,Console stay empty regardless CirrOS VM is already running
