Everything works fine without enabling Kilo repo (no errors during packstack run)
[root@CentOS71SRV ~(keystone_admin)]# nova-manage --version

CirrOS VM may be booted and is ping able and and available via floating IP.
In/outbound connectivity works fine.
However:-
