FYI, just in case others bump into this.  While pulling the centos7-newton delorean.repo file you'll notice the contents of the repo file point to just "centos7" and not "centos7-$release"

Looks like the CI is building from the correct yum repo, the delorean file itself is not updated yet and makes it a little more confusing than it has to be atm.

I suspect all is well and url in the delorean.repo file will be updated soon.  Alan, Javier can you please confirm?

Yes, this is expected because that repo was generated before switching the DLRN worker. Newer repos already include centos7-newton in the URL, see https://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos7-newton/consistent/delorean.repo
