Promotions
  * Latest promotions (TripleO CI) for Stein from 11th October, Train from 2nd October and Master from 7th October.
  * Master and Stein are facing intermittent issues due to performance and deployment getting timed out, currently being worked upon to improve it.

Packages
  * Train RC1 builds have been promoted to train-release tags. Waiting on CentOS team to get them in CentOS official mirrors.
  * Train RC2 packages built, being added to train-testing repo

  * openstack/requirement project branched stable/train, RDO switched master to ussuri tags
