I have a question regarding regions. We have the initial “RegionOne” in our current setup and want to and a second one “RegionTwo”.

It seems like the shared services between different regions are Keystone and Horizon. The separate services for each region includes Nova (+ database), Neutron etc. Please correct me here if I’m wrong.

Should we use the same tenants/users for the second region or create new ones?

Second additional question, is the separation in the different regions just for the endpoints or does the "noca.conf" and other configuration files need to be changed as well?

Unfortunately I couldn't find any manual how to proper configure a second region, just a bug report, reporting the lack of documentation :)
