<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">When I try to create a network and launch a instance VM, the network’s port status is down, and launching instance failed. I try so many times, and then I think if the OVN network configuration is unavailable, and I want
 to modify the neutron configuration from ovn to openvswitch, but it’s a pity that re-deploy is always failing. The failing reason is prompted the following messages:<u></u><u></u></span></p>
