I did a fresh install. Previously I installed networking_odl from pip, and then from rpms. This must have caused some sort of issue/conflict.</span></div><div><span><br data-mce-bogus="1"></span></div><div><span>I eventually got round it by merging the contents of entry_points.txt for neutron and networking_odl. However I also tried a fresh install.
