<p><br>
Our version of openstack is JUNO and we use CentOS7 like system
(RDO)</p>
<p>We have a problem with RAM Allocating, with default settings
(1->1.5) libvirt cannot allocate more memory (with CPU all is
ok, 1:16 and no problem)<br>

<p>Same error in all nova's 01-02-03 like this.<br>

<p>My NOVA's have 128Gb of RAM and we used aprox 123-124 but with
1.5 (overcommit ram) we cannot allocate more instances...Do you
know this issue? It's a bug?<br>

<p>[root@nova02 log]# libvirtd --version<br>
libvirtd (libvirt) 1.2.8<br>
</p>
<p>In nova.conf, lines of overcommit are by default type (comment)
1:16 for cpu (this is ok) and 1:1.5 for ram (this is the
problem)<br>
