Under 'Step 0: Prerequisites' at <a href="http://openstack.redhat.com/Quickstart" target="_blank">http://openstack.redhat.com/<u></u>Quickstart</a> it says 'x86_64 is currently the only supported architecture' which you don't seem to be using (i686 versus x86_64). Try running packstack on a x86_64 (virtual) box with CentOS 6.5 x86_64 (just follow the steps again).<br>
