I have seen similar symptoms (specifically the absense of
mariadb-galera-server) when I trying to install packstack on a non
x86 version of centos. What does 'uname -a' say? Some packages
needed by packstack are pinned to the x86 architecture so that when
you install rdo on something other than x86 you only will be
installing the noarch packages and miss any architecture specific
packages.<div><div><br>
