<div><br></div><div>Thanks for the mention, Rich - I just wanted to add that by now this is probably somewhat outdated as one or two of the mentioned pitfalls are supposedly fixed. Haven't confirmed 1) the fixes and 2) what pitfalls remain yet, though.</div>
