That link is for the F19 image, which seems to work fine.

But swapping out F19 for F18 with:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://cloud.fedoraproject.org/fedora-18.x86_64.qcow2">http://cloud.fedoraproject.org/fedora-18.x86_64.qcow2</a>
does appear to be broken.

Looks like Fedora pulled the F18 images?
